Eng. Abdulrahman is in charge to improve, develop, design and operate the systems that create and deliver Binyah’s services. Also, ensures that operations are efficient and effective with the proper management of resources. Routinely communicates Binyah’s safety strategy and culture through all projects. In addition, as the Project Control Director develops Planning, Cost Control, and Contracts Administration Strategy for Binyah’s projects on the optimum delivery methodology and the coordination of resources. Ensures that appropriate controls are in place and maintained on continuous basis with comprehensive time management systems for all operations of a project to completion. Also, maximizes Binyah’s contractual, legal, and financial entitlements on projects and protects the company through effective claims and variations management.
