Alalwan has more than 20 years experience in banking, Investments banking and real estate industries. He is holding the Managing Director position of Alakaria Real Estate Co. (listed in Tadawul) and the Executive Partner of Watheeq Financial Services Co. Alalwan was one of the team who established Kasb Capital Group (2007) and was holding the CEO position at Kasb Capital Group for 3 years and Head of Assets Management for 5 years. Before he established Watheeq Financial Services Co. beginning of 2018, Alalwan was the CEO of alOula Real Estate Co. For the three years, alOula is a leading real estate Developer with more than SR 10 billion real estate projects spread over 5 countries (GCC & Egypt). He has a solid experience in the areas of asset management, corporate banking and real estate obtained during his extended employment at alOula, Kasb Capital, Bakheet Investment, SIDF and other Saudi Banks. Alalwan has established and managed 15 mutual Funds (12 of them are Real Estate Funds) regulated by Capital Market Authority (CMA).
He is one of experts in Saudi Market as he has many articles and TV interviews in many investment aspects.
